Services Bill

The Village Services Bill is made up of several services including refuse, water and sewer. These services are provided to all single family and duplex homes located within the corporate limits of the Village. The Village Services Bill is due on the 20th of each month. If your payment is late, there is a 10% late fee applied to the bill.

Set up an Account

If you are moving into a Village of Glen Ellyn property, please notify the Billing and Customer Service Division to set up your Village Services Bill. Please complete this services application form (PDF), or call the Division at 630-547-5235 to begin the process.

Close an Account

If you are renting a home and moving out of Village of Glen Ellyn, please contact the Division at 630-547-5235 to arrange for a final water reading.

Paperless Billing

The Village of Glen Ellyn is pleased to offer a paperless option for your Village Services Bill. You will receive an email alert when your bill is ready to login and view. It’s easy, secure and takes just a few minutes to fill out the Email Authorization Form. Customers registered for paperless billing will no longer receive a paper copy of their Village Services Bill through the mail. Participation in the paperless bill is voluntary. Those who do not register will continue to receive a paper copy of their water bill through the mail.

To enroll you will need:

  • An Email address
  • A computer with internet access

Auto-Pay

Another option available is Auto-Pay that allows Residents to register for an automatic deduction from their banking account on the 20th of each month or the next banking day. To register for this option, please complete the Auto-Pay Application Form (PDF).

  • Individuals may also pay their Village utility bill 24 hours a day by credit card (MasterCard, American Express, Visa or Discover) over the internet through the E-Pay option. A convenience fee (2.25% or $1 minimum) will be charged by the State of Illinois to use this service.
