The Village of Glen Ellyn’s Finance Department coordinates refuse and water connection and billing. New residents should fill out a Village Services Application Form to set up water, sewer and refuse services and apply for a vehicle sticker, parking permit or dog license. The Village Services Application form may be mailed or filled out online and brought to the Cashier’s Office at the Civic Center at 535 Duane Street.
