Welcome to the Village of Glen Ellyn's surplus equipment online auction. Bidding on each item ends at midnight on the day listed. Bids must be received either online, or by filling out the online form and delivering it to the Civic Center Cashier's Office (hand-delivered bids will not be accepted past 4:30pm on the final day). The person with the winning bid will have one week after notification to pick up the item(s) (delivery not available) and if the items are not claimed, then they will become available to the next highest bidder. The Village will notify the winning bidders within 3 business days of closing of the bidding process. For the purpose of this auction, “notification” is defined as contact by telephone, sending an e-mail or leaving a voicemail message.
